HR Generalist


Oakleaf are partnering with an Asset management firm to speak with experienced HR professional comfortable working within fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

You'll be part of a close-knit HR team, reporting directly to the Head of People.

The generalist will genuinely care about their impact on the business be hands on and not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.

The Remit:

  • Manage multiple payrolls (14 different payrolls on a monthly basis)
  • Oversee all employee benefits and compensation
  • Lead HR projects, including setting up new offices when required
  • Handle employee relations issues with confidence
  • Tackle pension uploads, GIP and SIP processes
  • Support restructures
  • Comfortable handling ER cases
