Job Details

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and collaborative HR Administrator to join our international investment client to support their HR team on a 3-6 month contract basis. This role will provide administrative support to the full employee lifecycle in London and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding of new employees, including contracts, background checks and inductions
  • Review and update HR policies to ensure legislation compliance
  • Provide Global Mobility assistance for employees transferring locations
  • Handle day-to-day tasks related to the employee lifecycle
  • Support recruitment processes
  • First point of contact for HR queries
  • Liaise with payroll to ensure records are updated accurately with leavers etc.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed


  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator in financial or professional services
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/priorities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communication skills and client first approach
