Job Details

As the HR Admin, you will act as the primary point of contact, offering HR support including managing new hire contracts, coordinating payroll, maintaining HRIS records, and providing guidance on employee relations issues. You will also have the chance to collaborate on projects with stakeholders from other locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes

Oversee contract administration and payroll operations

Payroll input preparation and validation

Ensure compliance with local Swiss labour laws and regulations

Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters

Collaborate with the team to address any HR issues or concerns

Onboarding and offboarding procedures

Assist with tax declarations and payroll tasks

Act autonomously to drive HR initiatives forward


Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law and regulations

Experience with tax declarations and payroll operations

Ability to work autonomously and handle tasks efficiently

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment


Previous experience with Workday HRIS
