Talent Acquisition Partner (Legal)

Oakleaf Partnership North are currently working with an expanding Law Firm who are sourcing a Talent Acquisition Partner to focus purely on the attraction and acquisition of qualified Solicitors and Lawyers across various specialisms in a new role that has been created to support the organisations growth.

Joining an established TA Team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the UK, devising attraction strategies, identifying external talent, host events, create talent pools and proactively build a strong pipeline of candidates into the business.

This new role to the team will act as the SME for qualified recruitment into the organisation, so you will need to demonstrate the below

  • Experience of working within a TA role within the legal industry, those with legal agency experience would be considered
  • Demonstrates the gravitas to work closely with stakeholders and influence and lead accordingly
  • Be confident in building the employer brand in a competitive market
  • Take a proactive approach to souring, attending / creating events, networking etc
