I have partnered with a leading Investment Bank with a global footprint who have exciting and innovative growth trajectory plans for their EMEA presence. A strategic Business Partnering opportunity supporting the ExCo/Leadership committee for a proactive and dynamic client group that covers revenue generating functions. The successful candidate will need to have experience working in an matrix organsiation, with extensive specialist experience in organisational design, transformation & owning ER end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic workforce and capability planning to identify and address organisational needs
  • Optimise organisational structures using design principles to support business objectives such as growth and cost control
  • Maintain the integrity of the organisational hierarchy through effective job evaluation and manage changes following restructures or major projects
  • Collaborate with the business to develop and implement an annual People Plan for various customer groups
  • Ensure the delivery of HR employee lifecycle products across customer groups
  • Manage succession risks and develop diverse talent by partnering with the business to drive talent reviews, succession planning, and promotion processes
  • Collaborate with the business to conduct the annual salary and bonus reviews for customer groups
  • Continuously review and advise HR colleagues on opportunities for automation and data analytics
  • Work with the business and HR leadership team to interpret and apply policies and procedures across relevant business areas
  • Provide independent advice and coaching to managers on a wide range of employee relations issues, considering best practices, legislative requirements, and commercial outcomes

Skills:

  • Extensive Business Partnering experience (approx.. 10 years)
  • Previous experience in Financial Services matrix environments
  • CIPD & degree educated
  • Highly analytical skillset
