Payroll Manager - Permanent - London - Hybrid basis

Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnered with a renowned hospitality company, who are looking for a Payroll Manager to join their team, on a permanent basis. This role will be reporting to the Head of Finance and directly responsible for 3 team members. This role is responsible for ensuring that the multi payrolls are processed in a timely manner and for the UK & Irish payrolls. This position is on a hybrid basis, a minimum of 3 day per week, based in their London office.

The Payroll Manager will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

* Processing Multi Payroll (fortnightly, Monthly) Irish and UK
* Processing of 5500 volume
* Record, analyse, investigate and resolve all payroll queries and reporting to the relevant persons
* Responsible for completing year end procedures and payments, in an accurate and timely manner, including final amendments
* Direct management of 3
* Overview of process of auto enrolment and postponement not currently automated through the payroll
* Preparation and posting of payroll journals for the company P&L
* Reconciliation of payroll accounts to company balance sheet
* Reconciliation of P32 and PAYE to ensure accurate monthly payment to HMRC
* Management and control of PAYE settlement agreement

Key Skills:

* Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business
* Previous experience as a Payroll Manager or an Assistant Payroll Manger looking for their next step
* Experience of managing a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous inhouse Payroll experience desirable but not essential
