We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Global Mobility Consultant to join a high performing and growing team. This team helps organisations set up their global workforce/global mobility programmes and improve the way they operate, given the increasing complexity of the global workforce and the need for greater agility.

The Senior Manager - Global Mobility Advisory responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities through existing and target clients.
  • Lead discussions with different organisations to understand their current global mobility/global workforce challenges and identify ways to support.
  • Lead the delivery of proposals, including scope and pricing, and pitches.
  • Lead the delivery of global mobility optimisation projects focused on policy, operating model, process and strategy.
  • Support the wider Global Mobility Services practice on core services engagements through delivering global workforce insights and workshops.
  • Leading and facilitating client discussions and workshops.
  • Write thought leadership articles and partner with our People and Change practice and external organisations on these.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Experience delivering global mobility services (beyond technical tax/social security/payroll compliance) and/or global mobility optimisation projects.
  • Broader HR transformation skillset/experience.
  • Strong understanding of global mobility/workforce challenges faced by organisations.
  • Able to work independently but understands the importance of teamwork to deliver the best project outcomes.
  • Gives clear directions, positive and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Analyses problems, asks the right questions to identify issues and evaluates best course of action.
  • Communicates with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear.
  • Monitors and upholds high quality of deliverables and service to clients (internal and external).
