Our clients organisation is all about people – the people who live in their homes, the communities they serve, and those they work with.

So, it’s no surprise that they recruit for attitude and behaviour which are central to them building relationships and delivering great experiences for these people.

They employ colleagues who are passionate about making a difference who will take responsibility to get things done.

As a not-for-profit housing association, they provide homes and services to over 20,000 people across Greater Manchester. They build more affordable new homes, make a difference in the communities they serve, and support their colleagues to enjoy work, learn and grow.

They're looking for someone to work closely with the People and Health & Safety teams to ensure that all aspects of Health and Safety compliance are maintained. You’ll develop, co-ordinate and monitor efficient and effective processes across the Health & Safety and People functions, including the management of associated data. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll promote and support the safe working culture through their Health & Safety and People Strategies and role model corporate behaviours.

Our client need people who have

    • Strong background in administration

    • IT literate including Microsoft Office 365

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal

    • Excellent attention to detail

    • Strong analytical skills

    • Relevant H&S qualifications or certificate (not essential as training will be given to the right candidate)

Everyone’s welcome at our client. Their culture is inclusive, and they are committed to increasing diversity. They enable everyone to be themselves at work, so that they feel at home with them. And they trust and support people to do their best, in a role that is fulfilling and rewarding because they know that this helps them to deliver better outcomes for their customers and their colleagues.

Many of their colleagues work flexibly in many different ways, including agile, part-time, compressed hours and job share.  Please tell them about the flexibility you would like to be considered for you.

If you want to be part of their team and help them make a difference, they’d love to hear from you.
