Here at Oakleaf we are proud to be partnering with this West London based Media & Entertainment buisness who are seeking a Strategic Workforce and Organisation Design Senior Manager to join teir busy team.

Salary - Competitive plus great bens
Location - West London hybrid pattern 3 days a week on site

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for organisational design and a passion for driving business performance? We are looking for a Senior Organisational Design Partner to join our dynamic People Directorate. In this role, you will work closely with the Director to facilitate senior decision-making, interpreting data, diagnosing issues, and recommending solutions that balance commercial gain with customer impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and implement significant operating model shifts.
Develop and execute high-level operating model solutions aligned with our strategic goals.
Drive organisational development and effectiveness actions to support the strategic workforce plan.
Translate theory and insights into practical actions with measurable business outcomes.
Use organisational data and insights to challenge and support workforce improvements.
Advocate for innovation by integrating external organisational design practices and metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior colleagues, enhancing the reputation of the Group People Function as a trusted centre of excellence.

What You'll Bring:

Extensive experience in organisational design with strong data analytics and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial and business acumen, with an understanding of business strategy and organisational performance drivers.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex people-related concepts into business-relevant terms.
Proficiency in data analysis, aligning external insights with business strategy to shape the People Strategy.
Strong impact and influence capabilities, able to build compelling, evidence-based cases for change and gain consensus from senior teams.
Experience working cross-functionally and within a group structure.
