London & Oxford office, 1 day from home.

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a fantastic brand, who require an Early Careers Recruiter to join their team on a full time permanent basis in this newly created role. You will work alongside our Early Careers Managers to attract the best and brightest talent in the Early Careers space.

What is the role:

You will own the end-to-end Early Careers recruitment process for apprentices, industrial placements, summer interns and graduates, from application to hire. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stake holders to fully understand their Early Careers recruitment needs. The successful candidate will support maintaining the ATS system (Workday) with current and accurate reportable data at all times.

Candidate profile/experience required:

  • 2/3 years' experience working within Early Careers, with a focus on recruitment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience of developing or improving processes and tools for recruitment.
  • Confident, articulate character with the ability to build strong relationships with stake holders
