We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward & MI professional to join a highly regarded firm in the Financial Services sector. The role will he highly analytical, involving data management, reporting, and reward activities.

The Reward Associate responsibilities will include:

  • Lead on HR data reporting and analytics.
  • Timely and error free production of monthly reports to various business areas such as risk, finance etc.
  • Producing the monthly People dashboard that is sent to GEC and Board.
  • Production of the Gender Pay Gap Report
  • Ownership for regular data governance by ensuring sources of HR data such as the HRIS system hold accurate data and maintaining of HR data integrity on all sources of HR data, flagging errors where required.
  • Identifying gaps in data on the HRIS system and working on improvements.
  • Communicating among the team for ensuring accuracy of data and alignment in HR data across teams. Drive improvements in data quality.
  • Own D&I data monitoring and development of key diversity metrics.
  • Analysing benchmarking data as necessary.
  • Ensuring accuracy and validity of reward data such as LTIPs, guarantees etc.
  • Work closely with the head of reward on the end-to-end compensation review process
  • Support all reward processes such as benefits renewals and reward related projects as they arise.
  • Support Head of Reward and CPO in preparing governance papers for RemCo and Board as required.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analytics (formulas, pivots, lookups, macros etc.)
  • Intermediate data presentation skills via PowerPoint, excel etc.
  • Experience working with HRIS at a super user level.
  • HR experience combined with excellent data skills or experience of working in a data and analytics role within HR.
  • Demonstratable reward data/ process experience.
