Job Details

An HR Advisor is needed to provide guidance and support across the entire employee life cycle on an initial 6 month FTC (may be a chance to become a permanent position). The role involves a breadth of HR duties, including recruitment, learning and development, employee relations and performance management.

This role would suit someone who wants to work for a truly innovative company, who are on the cutting edge of design and technology within the transport industry. You will be working alongside small but mighty HR team who support a European remit. This role would require you to live in a commutable distance of the Thames Valley, but offers 95% remote working.


Responsibilities for the HR Advisor include:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to managers and employees.
  • Manage the employee onboarding process
  • Advise on HR policy and procedure.
  • Take ownership of HR projects.
  • Conduct HR inductions.
  • Provide accurate reports on a variety of HR related data


A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Professional experience in a HR role, ideally with across multiple European countries
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Offer

  • A salary of between £40,000 - £45,000 per anum.
  • A 6 month FTC initially
  • Very flexible working - 95% remote role
