The HR Data and Reporting Manager will report to the Head of Reward and play a pivotal role in the HR team, you will focus on leveraging data to drive strategic decision making within this highly successful organisation.

Description

The role of HR Data and Reporting Manager will be responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting large sets of HR/People Data and provide actionable insight to support strategic decisions. This will include but not limited to:

  • Lead the design and development of HR reports, dashboards and scorecards to effectively communicate HR Metrics and trends to Senior Leadership
  • Develop and improve HR reports to align to organisational goals
  • Define KPIs and HR metrics to track HR performance and effectiveness of initiatives
  • Utilise advanced statistical techniques and predictive models to identify trends
  • Ensure data integrity is compliant with legislation
  • Work closely with IT, legal and HRIS analysts
  • Communicate insights and trends to senior stakeholders

Profile

A successful HR Data and Reporting Manager should have:

  • A proven background in a similar HR data analytic role
  • Competent Excel skills
  • Ideally competent Power BI skills
