Job Details

This role requires a HR Manager EMEA who is ready to lead the Human Resources team in a large consumer company. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the company.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.


A successful 'HR Manager EMEA' should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience of working in a senior EMEA role.
  • Proven working experience in the consumer industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and legal aspects.
  • Proficiency in HR management software.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary ranging from £72,000 to £82,000 per annum
  • A generous bonus of up to 15% of the base salary
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and 2 days a week WFH.
