  • Leading and managing the HR Advisory team to deliver excellent service.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Advising on complex HR issues and providing strategic solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures across the company.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Overseeing recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
  • Managing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Reporting on HR metrics to inform decision-making processes.

Profile

A successful People Advisory Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a HR leadership role.
