Interim Senior Recruiter - Retail Sector

Contract Duration: 6 months

Location: Onsite, 5 days a week, London

Start Date: ASAP

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our client in the hospitality sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a background a senior recruiter in retail or hospitality - this is experience is essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Volume Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various levels.
  • Job Advert Writing: Craft compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.
  • Shortlisting: Review applications and identify the most qualified candidates.
  • Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview process.
  • Updating ATS: Maintain our Applicant Tracking System with candidate information.
  • Security Checks: Conduct necessary security checks where needed.
  • Line Management: Supervise and guide one team member.


  • Proven experience as a Recruiter in the Hospitality, Leisure, or Retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of full cycle recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to start immediately.
