Job Details

A great opportunity as a generalist HR Advisor for a Global Manufacturing business with sites across the UK and World. This role is based on the Skipton manufacturing site partnering the stakeholders for all aspects of HR.

Client Details

A Global Manufacturing business with sites across the UK and World. Skipton is a manufacturing site with approx 250 employees.


  • Advising management and staff on HR policies and procedures
  • Handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Supporting the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new starters
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies in line with company objectives
  • Assisting with performance management processes
  • Ensuring compliance with current HR legislation
  • Managing staff wellness and engagement programmes
  • Conducting training needs analysis and organising training initiatives


A successful HR Advisor should have:

* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
* Proven experience in handling HR responsibilities
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team and to build strong relationships at all levels
* High level of integrity and professionalism

Job Offer

  • An estimated yearly salary of £32,000 - £38,500 GBP
  • Site based with a 9 day working week (25 Fridays off per year)
