Are you ready to shape the future of human resources within a dynamic multi-site organisation? This is your chance to become the pioneering Human Resources Manager for a group of schools in South West London, overseeing HR functions across four locations.

This role is a chance to make a mark. With no current HR department, the successful candidate will have the unique privilege of crafting the HR landscape from the ground up. This is a chance to bring innovation and strategic vision to life, working closely with the management and bursar to establish robust HR practices that will resonate across the entire organisation.

As the sole HR authority, your voice will be pivotal. You will be required to attend all Senior Leadership Team (SLT) all meetings and contributing to key decision-making processes. Your insights will directly influence the organisation's direction, ensuring that people management is at the heart of strategic planning.

The role demands a professional with a strong HR background within education, ready to take on the challenge of managing multiple sites with confidence and finesse. Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to navigate the complexities of employment law and HR best practices.
