Job Details

This role is a short term interim assignment for around 5-6 weeks to support the team through a period of high workload covering circa 15-20 requisitions concurrently. The Interim Recruiter will play a crucial role in driving the hiring processes within the business to hit designated targets as well as partnering efficiently with stakeholders.

Our client is a leading care in Wokingham. With a robust and growing headcount, they are positioned within the top tier of their market segment in the UK. You will sit within a small sized department with large amounts of coverage and the ability to see your work have its effect within the business and client's lives.


The Interim Recruiter will be responsible for:

  • Managing 15-20 hiring requisitions across the North of the UK including Northern Wales and Ireland.
  • Partner with care coordinators to meet clients requirements on each requisition and provide quality care to clients .
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to effectively support them in their recruitment needs
  • Source and screen candidates through a variety of job boards while managing requisitions on Microsoft packages
  • Partner with your compliance counterpart to ensure candidates are extensively background checked ahead of start dates


The ideal Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the following skills/qualities:

  • Proven experience within Recruitment; both internal and agency can be considered
  • Experience of posting and CV searching on job sites like Indeed, CV Library and Reed.
  • Ability to work with systems and Microsoft packages
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Available to start immediately

Please note this role will be required to be on-site 5 days a week
