The HR Advisor will play a vital role in helping establish the HR Function of this start up robotics business

Client Details

My client is a start up robotics business that is owned by an international blue chip company.

Description

  • Providing HR advice to managers and staff on a range of issues including employee relations, performance management, and HR best practice.
  • Implementing new HR initiatives and processes across the team.
  • Coordinating with the recruitment team to streamline the hiring process.
  • Conducting training and development programs for employees.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Managing a variety of HR projects as directed by the HR Manager.
  • Supporting the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Assisting in the resolution of any HR related queries.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Proficient in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
