An exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to work for this large London based organisation, providing support to the Executive recruitment team. This is a long term interim position.

Description

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for providing support to the Executive Recruitment team. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with the day to day delivery of recruitment campaigns.
  • Updating ATS and compliance documents.
  • Booking interviews with applicants and dealing with dealing with internal stakeholders.
  • Taking feedback from applicants and making offers to those successful at interview.
  • Providing administrative support to the team and Head of Talent Acquisition, including booking rooms, ensuring materials are on hand and meeting and greeting applicants.

Profile

The successful Recruitment Officer will have excellent attention to detail and have worked in a busy in-house recruitment function dealing with Executive and Senior Management recruitment.

You will need to be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with senior stakeholders and and providing recruitment and admin support to a team.

This is a very busy role where flexibility and tenacity are key.

A background in a public sector organisation would be preferred, but isn't essential.

Job Offer

A daily rate of £150 - £200 a day depending on experience, plus flexible hybrid working.
