Job Details

Are you an experienced Senior HR Manager or Head of HR based in the North West and looking to start an interim role for the next 12 months ?.

Ashley Kate are working with a leading Charity on an exciting Head of HR role, covering a business secondment. You will be home based however due to the site locations you must be based in the North West and be able to travel as needed and to the head office in Liverpool.

Reporting into the CPO and having a team of 6 direct reports it is essential you have demonstrable experience of operating at a Senior HR level with a proven background in a high growth organisation focusing on both the commercial business and people strategy.

Head of HR - About you

·Chartered CIPD Level/Equivalent is essential

·You must have excellent UK Employment Law knowledge and have worked with Unions

·If you have worked in Health or Social Care - highly advantageous, alongside TUPE Experience.

·Experience of formulating people related strategies and implementing related programmes of work.

·Experience of leading and managing a team, supporting them to be the best they can be.

·Evidence of planning and delivering multiple programmes and projects and services on time.

·Experienced in effectively managing financial resources and budgets for projects.

You will need to ideally be available to start a role ASAP and comfortable with a 12 month FTC
