Job Details

This position is for a HR Business Partner to provide day-to-day operational HR support in a manufacturing environment.

Client Details

A specialist manufacturer in the Macclesfield area.


  • Deliver effective daily operational HR support.
  • Manage recruitment processes end-to-end to ensure the best talent is secured
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters
  • Implement HR policies and procedures
  • Monitor and manage HR metrics and reporting
  • Facilitate employee development initiatives
  • Ensure legal compliance in all HR functions
  • Participate in HR projects as required


  • Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role in manufacturing and production or comparable sector
  • Solid knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
  • Good organisational skills and ability to multi-task
