Job Details


The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to management and colleagues on all people related matters. This role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in a designated region.

Client Details

The company is a growing private equity backed business with 3 sites based in North London, South London and West London. They require a HR Business Partner to support all 3 sites and acts as a change agent and supports the achievement of business goals by translating the company's HR strategy into practical, efficient HR solutions.

Description

* Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.

* Provide guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and other HR strategies.

* Support the HR Advisor to resolve complex employee relations issues.



* Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programmes to ensure success.


* Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programmes, and policies.

* Generate and analyse HR metrics and provide insights to leadership.

* Support change management processes and initiatives.

* Facilitate organisational development and change programmes.

* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

* Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement.



Profile

5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a strategic role.
Experience in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
Strong team player with a desire to support the delivery of common business goals
Demonstrated experience in HR policy development and implementation
Ability to travel to 3 sites - hybrid working 3 days on site and 2 days from home
Proficient in HRIS and other HR technology systems.
