Job Details
This position requires a forward-thinking HR Advisor who will be a strong team player, capable of supporting a busy, hcanging, evolving Human Resources team delivering a great HR service across the business. Based in Castleford 4 days per week, WFH 1 day the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks working with managers across the business for all aspects of HR.

- Reporting into the HR Manager
- Employee Relations
- Supporting the HR team in the delivery of HR services
- Advising on policies and procedures
- Handling HR-related documentation
- Providing guidance on employee relations issues
- Assisting with performance management processes
- HR Data and reporting
- Coordinating HR projects
- Assisting with training and development initiatives
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
- CIPD qualification desirable
