Reward Manager

  • Permanent

  • Office location: City of London
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reward & Benefits Manager to join a highly regarded legal firm. The post holder will play a lead role in compensation and benefits activities for UK employees with ad hoc international exposure.

The Reward Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Management of the firms compensation and benefit programmes.
  • Lead on the delivery of annual salary and bonus review.
  • Conduct benchmarking and provide analysis and insight on lay levels and structures.
  • Lead gender pay gap reporting and work with the ED&I team on the firm's diversity strategy.
  • Manage company suite of benefits. Including: managing vendor relationships, developing innovative proposals, benchmarking, reviews and renewals.
  • Leverage HR technology to continuously improve and streamline activities.
  • Communication of the firms reward programmes.
  • Keep up to date with the latest regulatory changes and their impact on the reward agenda.

The ideal candidate:

  • Extensive experience in managing compensation and benefit processes.
  • Experience project managing reward activities.
  • Legal sector experience would be highly desirable.
  • Ability to engage confidently with and influence stakeholders of all
  • Be Tech savvy, understanding the role of technology and its impact on an organisation and its employees.
  • Strong excel and reporting skills essential.
