Oakleaf Partnership are representing a unique city based forward thinking law firm to recruit for an Emerging Talent and Recruitment Manager in a varied role taking ownership of the early careers space in the business.

About the role

The emerging talent and recruitment manager will be entrusted with the stewardship of the firm's Emerging Talent programme, encompassing graduate trainees, apprentices, and paralegals. This role demands a proactive approach to recruitment, development, and mentorship of these individuals, ensuring their seamless integration and progression within the business. The role extends to managing pastoral care, addressing employee relations issues, and aiding supervisors in performance management.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in promoting the firm's EDI objectives and nurturing a culture of belonging. This is a chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of emerging professionals and contribute to the firm's overarching purpose.

Candidate profile/experience
