Are you looking for a HR Advisor opportunity?

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit a permanent HR Advisor.

HR Advisor

West Yorkshire - hybrid working available

Permanent and Full time

£30k-£32k depending on experience

As the HR Advisor, you will provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, practises and procedures. Whilst also providing administrative support to the HR function.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Support the HR Business Partners and managers with effective management of people related issues including absence management.
Assist with the maintenance and development of HR policies and procedures.
Be the first point of contact for managers and employees when contacting the HR team for advice and guidance.
Be responsible for the collation of accurate absence data.
Support the recruitment process by providing guidance as and when required.

We are looking for:

CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards.
Experience working within HR, with experience offering advice and guidance to managers and employees.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
