They’re looking for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join the team and act as first point of contact for employees and managers in answering benefit, pension, and payroll related queries.

The successful applicant will be responsible for administrating the end-to-end payroll process for approx. 450 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance is achieved, and ensuring employees expectations are managed and that a seamless service is given to the business.  The postholder will also be key in supporting the provision of benefits offered to their employees, supporting with administration activities for any benefits related enquiries and will be working with their benefits provider in resolving monthly operational matters.

Their ideal applicant will have experience of processing monthly payroll though iTrent or a similar HR and Payroll System for a similar sized headcount (c.450 employees), and they will be able to demonstrate experience of running reporting requirements related to payroll through the system.   This role is an internal customer focused position, so excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, coupled with strong customer service skills.
