My client is seeking a proven strategic HR Business Partner to work closely with the Csuite and senior management teams of their central functions.

Description

The HR Business Partner role is a senior position within the business and works closely the main decision makers. The role is a real strategic and operational mix, and the go to HR professional for the senior players of this well-established company. The role is definitely a true generalist and will be able to lean on central HR teams for L&D, talent and ER.

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have proven experience of dealing with senior management in a commercially focused bluechip business. They will need to be able to negotiate with senior stakeholders across the broad spectrum of HR

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary ranging from £75,000 to £85,000 per annum.
