Based in Leeds and working on a flexible/hybrid basis. A strategic role is open for an ED&I Manager in a national business industry, with a focus on driving systemic change at a strategic level in the human resources department.

Description

  • Formulate and execute ED&I strategies across the organisation
  • Foster an inclusive culture that values diversity
  • Collaborate with HR and senior management to integrate ED&I into all practices
  • Design and deliver ED&I training to staff at all levels
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of ED&I initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices
  • Represent the company at external events and forums
  • Manage ED&I related projects as required
  • Lead a small team and be part o a wider very collaborative HR Team

Profile

A successful ED&I Manager should have:

  • A solid understanding of ED&I principles and legislation
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ED&I strategies
  • The ability to influence and drive change at a strategic level
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • The ability to deliver effective training and presentations

Job Offer

  • Salary range of £65,000 - £70,000 per year
  • Flexible/Hybrid working 1 - 2 days a week in the office
