Your new role

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) to start as soon as possible till September 2025 to cover maternity leave. As the HR & Payroll Team Leader, you will manage a team of 4 x HR / Payroll Administrators and report to the Head of HR.

This is a dual HR / Payroll position that requires experience in managing the full employee lifecycle (HR People) and monthly payroll for the business, using an HRIS (Cezanne) and payroll system. You will use applications including Power BI and Microsoft Planner and must have good working knowledge of processing zero-hour contracts / overtime and deductions / average earnings and different pension / benefit schemes (various T&C's).

This full-time role offers fully-remote work after 1 week of training in 1 of their 3 UK offices.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have managed both HR / People and Payroll processes as above, with line management experience of a small team (3 people+). Due to the nature of this FTC role, you must be immediately available or on short-notice (within a few weeks).
