An experienced HR Business Partner is sought, to join this leading retailer, in an exciting regional-focused opportunity.
Supporting the Head of People and working alongside store and area managers, this commercially-focused 'true BP' position will offer huge diversity; building people and manager capability, developing, shaping and, implementing effective business plans and people strategies and, providing a professional, trusted, customer-focused people service to the business.
Suitable applicants will have experience working at a People Partner/HR Business Partner level, with exceptional stakeholder management skills, gained from a multisite (retail, leisure, healthcare or similar) environment. You must be adept with MI reporting & interpretation, possess a solid commercial acumen and, be able to drive change in a fast-paced environment.

N.B. This full-time role will be based from home, with 2-3 days/week on the road, at various locations across the North of the UK. You could be based anywhere in Yorkshire / County Durham / Northumberland / Lancashire or similar, ideally close to the M1 and/or M6, for routes across the North and into Scotland.
