Talent Acquisition Partner

• Hybrid working, 4x weekly to Central London

Your new role:
You will be joiningthe current recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. You will be responsible for external vendor management, influencing internal seniorstakeholders, developing sourcing strategies / recruitment plans, as well asdirectly sourcing for senior level operational roles.

What you need to succeed:
You will need prior inhouse experience sourcing directly for senior level roles. You will have proven stakeholder management experience. You will need to be able to source directly (mainly through LinkedIn Recruiter), multitask and prioritise work as per business needs (i.e., scheduling interviews, stakeholder meetings, prioritising roles as appropriate, etc.). You will be available asap and will commit to 4 days per week in central London.
