As an Interim HR BP you will support a senior corporate client group in a generalist remit including implementing people strategies to support business objectives, managing change, culture, engagement and using people data to develop people plans.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have proven experience of operating as an HR Business Partner within a range of commercial businesses where you will have worked at pace and ambiguity. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of working across performance, talent, compensation and change. You will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and can commit to a 3-6 month duration working in a hybrid manner for 3 days per week from the West London office.
