Based London 3 days a week on site 2 days WFH
Salary - up to £80k

This Premiership football club, renowned fort their dedication to excellence, teamwork, and innovation both on and off the field are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Partner to join the HR team. You will contribute to their ongoing success by attracting and retaining top talent across various technical and operational areas of the club.

Position Summary:

The Talent Partner will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent to support the club's strategic goals. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing talent initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates

Workforce Planning: Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop strategic plans to meet current and future talent requirements, ensuring the club's continued success.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.

Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Employer Branding: Enhance the club's employer brand through targeted campaigns and initiatives to position our club as an employer of choice within the industry.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand role requirements and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies.

Data Analysis: Utilise data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Onboarding: Develop and improve onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated successfully and efficiently into the club.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software and tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
