Job Details
We have a current opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our prestigious client in the leisure industry on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply below.

You will play a key role in supporting new policies and procedures in a fast paced, exciting environment. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate through ambiguity and work off their own initiative.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely advice on various people-related queries.
- Manage sickness absence reporting, analyse data trends, and suggest improvements.
- Supporting HRBPs
- The full employee lifecycle
- Employee relations caseload
- Rewriting policies and procedures
- Ad hoc projects
About you:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong analytical and data skills to interpret data
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Level 3 / 5 CIPD is strongly preferred.
