We have a current opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our prestigious client in the leisure industry on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply below.

You will play a key role in supporting new policies and procedures in a fast paced, exciting environment. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate through ambiguity and work off their own initiative.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely advice on various people-related queries.
  • Manage sickness absence reporting, analyse data trends, and suggest improvements.
  • Supporting HRBPs
  • The full employee lifecycle
  • Employee relations caseload
  • Rewriting policies and procedures
  • Ad hoc projects


About you:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong analytical and data skills to interpret data
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Level 3 / 5 CIPD is strongly preferred.
