Description
- Assisting with the recruitment process from start to finish
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system
- Assisting with the audit piece both internally and externally
- Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with company policy and legislation
- Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates
- Supporting on-boarding activities for new hires
- Assisting with other HR tasks as required
Profile
A successful Recruitment Assistant should have:
- Experience in a HR or recruitment support role
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Auditing/recruitment compliance experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
