Job Details
A great role is now available that is perfect for candidates that enjoy a blend of both HR Business Partnering and HR Operations responsibilities. A highly successful, growing management consultancy based in Central London is looking for a HRBP that will support the London office of circa 350 people.
This is a highly visible HR role where you will be working with business leaders to help them deliver their business goals via people solutions. The role will consist of 3 main elements - business partnering, management of two more junior HR staff and ensuring a slick HR operations process.
We are looking for candidates that ideally have Professional Services experience however other backgrounds such as Financial Services will be considered. Candidates must have very strong business partnering and operational HR experience. Strong stakeholder management experience, operational excellence, good business acumen and commercial thinking are also essential.
Requirements:
- Strong HR management and operational experience
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, high change environment
- HR system management knowledge
- Strong administrative and operational management skills
- Ability to establish trust and credibility with senior managers and employees
- Build strong relationships at all levels
- Conflict management - ability to challenge whilst maintaining collegiate relationships
