We are seeking a confident HR Manager to run the HR operation in the FMCG industry business based in Milton Keynes. The role involves managing HR operations, developing HR plans, and ensuring compliance with the company's policies.

Description

  • Leading the HR function in all HR operations
  • Developing and implementing HR plans and initiatives aligned with the business strategy and growth
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of human capital
  • Developing, implementing/reviewing HR policies
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process across Retail, Head Office and Distribution
  • Reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Continuing to drive employee engagement and satisfaction

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Proven working experience as an operational HR Manager
  • People-oriented and results-driven mentality
  • Strong knowledge of HR across the employee lifecycle
  • Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
