Accounts Assistant || Ipswich || Full-time, Permanent || Upto £26,000 DOE

Ashley Kate are thrilled to announce that we're working with a market leading food manufacturer on an Accounts Assistant role paying upto £26,000! This is a full-time and permanent office-based Accounts Assistant role based near Ipswich within a company going through some exciting changes! As the Accounts Assistant, you will report into and assist the Head of Finance with the functional finance activities for the company.

Responsibilities:

Agree supplier purchase orders and process
Handling supplier invoices
Performing weekly ledger payment runs
Supplier statement reconciliation
Credit control
Create new stock items utilising ERP system
Assisting with weekly payroll
Ad hoc duties required

About you:

Demonstrable experience within an accounts function
Prior experience within a food manufacturing/FMCG environment
ERP system experience
AAT (desirable)
Payroll experience (desirable)
