Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge? Ashley Kate are seeking a motivated HR Officer to join a dynamic team on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract based in Exeter.

This role offers flexibility with hybrid working, allowing you to balance your time between home and our vibrant office environment.

As part of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business objectives, ensuring effective people management practices, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment processes, and employee relations. You will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and training to performance management and offboarding. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels will be essential in fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
