Senior HR Business Partner

Ashley Kate HR & Finance are delighted to be working alongside our very well established charitable client as they recruit for a new Senior HR Business Partner to join their growing function. The company have a strong presence in their field and are extremely passionate about what they do, which is mirrored in their people focused culture.

Based in Cheadle on a hybrid basis, the Senior HR Business Partner will report into the head of HR, and manage a team of 5.

We seek a strong people lead who can motivate, develop, support and inspire their team to be the best they can be.

The role will focus on leading the people strategy in line with company objectives in key areas across engagement, wellbeing, change, ED&I, ensuring best practice throughout. They will work alongside key stakeholders within Recruitment & L&D to support the development of those functions. They will manage key senior relationships and ensure collaborative working across their function, managing relationships with forums and trade unions. You will be data driven, analysing metrics and reporting on these, action planning and developing streamlined process.

A background within social care, education, charitable organisations is an advantage. The preferred candidate will be CIPD qualified and experienced in leading strategic objectives.
