Your new role

Covering a period of employee absence, the company is looking for an experienced People / HR generalist or ER specialist to join them for 3 months, either as an FTC employee employed directly (pro rata) or via Hays on an hourly / daily rate equivalent to £35,000-£38,000 / annum.

This role will work in support of the People Business Partner, taking responsibility for an individual HR / ER case load and operate as the first point of contact for line managers and where relevant, employees, within the group. In addition, to undertake relevant HR administrative duties and be accountable for all aspects of the HRIS including data entry, data integrity, data maintenance, systems training, system development and implementation and system performance.

This role requires travel to the New Milton office in the 1st week to meet the team and undertake training, but can then be based remotely / WFH for the duration of the 3-month FTC if preferred.

What you'll need to succeed

This temporary opportunity will suit someone who is immediately available (or on short notice, within 2 weeks), with 2+ years' experience in absence management and ER (Employee Relation) casework and HR administration. Additional knowledge of TUPE will be an advantage, but is not essential.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a salary between £35,000-£38,000 (FTE, pro rata) or an equivalent hourly / daily rate. This role also offers 25 days holiday +BH's, flexible remote working as above and free on-site parking.
