Working within the transportation sector.
Your new role
You will be supporting a head count of around 300 within corporate HQ with a mix of operational and Heads of. Partnering with stakeholders to deliver the people strategy as well as supporting and coaching managers on best practice and people-related issues. You will support the business to deliver and implement change as well as business objectives whilst embedding culture and employee engagement. You will manage ER & IR cases and support the leaders and build effective relationships with unions.
What you'll need to succeed
- CIPD L5 min (or equivalent)
- Excellent employment law knowledge
- Experience of working with a mix of stakeholders within a fast-paced environment
- Experience of working with Trade Unions is essential
