HR & Talent Resourcing Manager

Ashley Kate HR are actively recruiting for a HR & Talent Resourcing Manager for a leading global company who have sites throughout the UK and Ireland. With 1 day working from home you will be based in the Coventry area as this role will report directly to the Central Region HR Business Partner and will require some travel.

Salary: £35,000

The HR & Talent Resourcing Manager will be working closely with the HR Business Partner and General Managers to ensure the company operates in a safe, fair and consistent working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment function to ensure the business is compliant on process and site have all the tools they need to meet their recruitment needs
• First line HR support including note taking for disciplinary/grievance, performance management, absence management etc.
• Understanding recruitment trends, utilising job boards, social media and building relationships with agencies to ensure a strong PSL.
• Assist managers with screening of candidates to ensure suitability for role. Including arranging assessment days / tests as appropriate for role.
• Administration of contracts, training, reporting, purchase orders

HR & Talent Resourcing Manager - About you

• Previous recruitment experience is essential as you will be involved with the full end to end
• High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work individually and as part of a team
• Ideally CIPD Level 3/5 or equivalent experience
