An enthusiastic Recruitment Trainer is sought to join our Learning and Development team, responsible for designing and delivering innovative training programmes to our team members.

Description
* Conduct workshops both online and face to face regarding sales and technical skills
* Work with new joiners to guide them through their first 12 months in the business
* Conduct desk coaching as required
* Use of the in-house LMS (Learning management system)
* Keep attendance and other records
* Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement for our training programmes
* Monitor employee performance and response to training
Profile
A successful Recruitment Trainer should have:
- Proven experience in Recruitment Agency or as a Sales Trainer
- Knowledge of instructional methods and training techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
- A strong understanding of the recruitment consultancy industry.
