Description

As the Early Careers Recruitment Lead you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment of graduate, apprentice and placement trainees
  • Organise and facilitate assessment centres with the support of the Resourcing Administrator
  • Organise and attend graduate and school career fairs and events, building good relationships with schools and universities
  • Coordinating business representatives to support in the attendance of school and university events
  • Oversee the trainee onboarding process and induction process
  • Provide regular updates and report on the progress of trainee resourcing to hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Manager, and other key stakeholders, providing supporting management information (MI)
  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure the right attraction and selection methods are in place to ensure they recruit the best possible talent in the market
  • Research and work with the wider team to implement innovative ways to engage with target audiences

Profile

A successful Early Careers Recruitment Lead should have:

  • Proven experience in managing Early Careers programmes, leading the end-to-end recruitment of graduate, apprentice and placement trainees
  • Excellent networking skills, particularly with educational institutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to offer an excellent client service to hiring managers & candidate
