Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit two HR Consultants on a temporary basis.

• Rotherham - hybrid working
• £17.11 per hour
• Full time
• Temporary for either 2 months or until March 2025

As the HR Consultant you will provide HR support and day to day advice and guidance on the interpretation and application of policies and employment law to managers.

You will proactively manage an individual case load of employee relations and attendance management cases including complex and sensitive casework.

You will support managers in undertaking employee relations investigations and hearing, attendance management meetings, capability meetings and other procedures.

You will also carry out analysis and interpretations of data to produce management information and pro-actively identify issues trends and effective solutions.

We are looking for:

- Excellent experience working in a technical HR role, providing HR advice and guidance.

- Very strong exposure managing ER case work including TUPE, absence management and performance management.

- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation.

- Ideally CIPD qualified.

- Excellent communicator.
