HR Operations Team Leader  

Location: Manchester - Agile   

Salary: £38,600  

Permanent, Full Time  

35 hours per a week

Our client have an exciting opportunity for a HR Operations Team Leader to join their professional HR Team!   

 

They're looking for those that can lead our HR shared service centre (HUB). Their HUB is their central point of contact for all colleagues’ which includes maintaining and improving people systems and processes across the business.    

 

This is a key role in our people team ensuring all central people services and processes are managed and delivered effectively across the whole colleague life cycle.  You’ll have a keen eye for detail, and always look to find better ways of working so that they can deliver the best service possible to internal customers. 

  

What they’re looking for:     

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)  

  • Experience of working in a shared services team 

  • Experience of implementing system, processes and ways of working which support overall business performance 

  • A ‘can do’ attitude which the confidence to challenge and improve the service we offer to the business  

  • Experience of leading a HR Administrative function and line management experience   

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills, personable with the ability to build relationships across within the wider business 

  • Able to build relationships with managers and coach them through key processes  

  • Close attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results consistently, accurately and on time  

  • Experienced in the use of HR and e learning systems (Cascade an advantage) 

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, in particular Word and Excel  

  • Strong MI, presentation and reporting skills
